1. Once you purchase the Welcome Package Offer, we’ll ask you to choose the time that works best for you for your double The Edit session.
 
2. On the designated day, you'll come to SwapIt (363 Main Street in Medford) to do back to back The Edit sessions. Helping you use what is already in your closet, or helping you say goodbye giving you more room to add in what you love!  And we record every outfit in your personalized LookBook (so you remember what goes with what!) Lastly we’ll trade pieces you want to part with for new-to-you items that complete or compliment your looks! 

3. Then, we invite you to come back to SwapIt for The Custom where we work with you to create outfits that make you feel confident and gorgeous.

FAQs
1. I don’t have time to deal with my closet right now - can I use this later?
Yes, you can buy the discounted Welcome Package now and schedule it within 1-year, whenever works best for you.

2. Do sessions include the lookbook?
Yes, your sessions DO include the completely personalized Lookbook. We put this together by taking photos of you wearing the outfits you love, and then give you a copy so you can lounge in bed and choose what to wear before even getting up. Yep, that’s how it works.

3. What if I forget what you said? Should I take notes?
Every session we offer comes with follow up notes, written by us. That means not only do we record the outfits with photos so you don’t have to remember them, we also send you notes on what you learned, so you can refer back at any time. No photographic memory required!

4. Do I get to trade the clothes I don’t want for cool new-to-me stuff?
Absolutely! Anything you let go of at your The Edit session can be used to swap for items at that same session.

5. What is a double The Edit Session? 
The Edit is one hour with our stylist when you bring in 10 items to work with. A double session is two sessions back to back. Its two hours with our stylist and you get to bring in 20 items from your own closet to work with. And you still get 10 items that are included with a double session.


6. How many outfits will I have by the end of this?
After your three sessions, you will have an average of 20 stylist-approved outfits, plus several new-to-you pieces. All of which WORK for you! If you think about it, with the $100 off discount, that’s just $7.50 per outfit.

Our Simple 5-Step Process will change wardrobe - and might just change your life
  • Review: Spend time with us learning what you already have, as well as new tricks and tips to try out. Build your lookbook (a book with pictures of your newly created amazing outfits so you don’t have to remember anything once you leave). 
  • Wear: Take what you have learned and gained from the session and wear it. See what works, what doesn’t, and what you would like to try in the future. 
  • Adjust: Meet back with us and talk over what you liked and what you didn’t. Together, we will create new outfits and looks based on what has been working for you in real life and what has been added or subtracted from your closet. 
  • Gain Confidence: Keep wearing what we created. Gain confidence in the system and in yourself. As you continue to wear the new outfits you love from your lookbook, you’ll gain more and more confidence.
  • ​Rinse & Repeat:  Make this your getting dressed routine and do it over and over and over again.
